SDS Payroll and Budget

We understand how important it is to have an accessible, helpful and straightforward payroll service. We are happy to adjust our service to your individual needs.

There is a charge for the Payroll & Budget Management Service but funding will be in your SDS personal budget to pay for this if it’s required.

We are a not-for-profit service. This means that any profit is put back into the service for the benefit of the people who use it.

What we will do for you

  • Register you with HMRC as an employer
  • Act as your agent with HMRC
  • Keep you informed of legal obligations in relation to paying your personal assistants
  • Let you know how much you need to pay in NI and tax to HMRC
  • Provide payslips to your address or by email
  • Summarise reports of your payroll
  • Deal with all the additional obligations of paying PA’s
  • Third Party Banking, managing the bank account on your behalf, if you require this
  • Provide HMRC with RTI (Real Time Information)
  • Pension Auto-enrolment through HMRC

Ailn are continuing to operate a service for our customers

However as per government guidelines, our staff are working from home. Our office phones have been re-directed to our mobiles. However a list of staff contact numbers, email addresses and working days is also available to view on our website, please click here.

Our main priority at this time is for the health and safety of our staff and clients, therefore we will not be arranging any home visits or events until it is officially ok to do so. Our staff are happy to speak with you over the phone, email or video messaging if you prefer.
