Job Advert :-SUPPORT WORKER /Driver

Job  REF 05/ Auchinleck/SB.

Hours: 4- 8-hours per week, part time post.

Salary: – £10.90 per hour plus 5.6 weeks paid annual leave pro rata.

The position would suit someone patient, energetic and outgoing who is able to work as part of a team.

Hours to be discussed at interview. Approximately 8 hours per week, the hours would be to support a young boy of 11. Support with getting out to do activities particularly.

This post is to provide support to a young person who has a range of health issues including Autistic Spectrum Disorder, and Global Developmental Delay. He also has pica so can chew / eat things and has incontinence issues.

He is sociable and enjoys nature, swimming,  dancing, music, and  is keen to source groups in the community that he could join with likeminded people .

Probationary Period attached is  6 months to this post. During this period, either party can end the employment by giving the other one weeks’ notice.
