Position: Care Worker

Location: Castle Park, Irvine

Confident Driver essential.

Hours: Initially 7 hours per week, with potential for increase

Salary: £11.83 per hour, plus 5.6 weeks paid annual leave pro rata

Are you a supportive and sociable individual with a compassionate nature? We are seeking a caring individual to join our team as a support worker at Castle Park, Irvine. This role involves providing care and companionship to a friendly lady who requires a wheelchair when out and about and oxygen when  as she recovers from long COVID.

Responsibilities:

– Provide companionship and support to a sociable lady during her recovery

– Assist with personal care

–  Wheelchair user , training in moving and assisting will be provided.

– Accompany the individual on outings and activities, fostering an uplifting and engaging environment

Requirements:

– Ability to treat others with dignity and respect

– Enjoyment of family life and social interactions

– Desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others

– Ability to use initiative

-Good interpersonal/ Social Skills
