Our Finance & Payroll team ran a workplace pensions information event at East Ayrshire Council chambers for people in Ayrshire using SDS. Soon all employers will be required to provide a pension scheme for their employees and so this includes people who employ personal assistants (PAs).

 

AILN was pleased to welcome Ken Tymms from The Pensions Regulator who gave a presentation covering requirements and auto enrolment. Employers need to meet their duties by what is called a ‘staging date’ and he explained why it is important that you are prepared in advance of this date.
